an Arizona Limited Liability Company, owned by Aaron Warren
shall professionally manage the yacht. Additionally, Mr. Warren
shall be a 10 per cent owner of the LLC owning the yacht.
Mr. Warren has over thirty–five years involvement and
experience in “Fractional Ownership" of Recreational Assets. Aaron’s last yacht partnership, lasting ten years, was the 45’ Hatteras
Yacht, “COMO NO.” The “COMO NO II,” still owned by
many of the the original partners is docked on the "A" dock
across from the Viking yacht, in the San Carlos Marina,
Mexico.
Mr. Warren has owned, developed and sold Fractional Ownership projects in value up to $
25,000,000. in Arizona and Mexico. Mr. Warren brings experience, fractional ownership understanding, professional expertise, knowledge and passion for boats to this partnership.
Fractional Recreational Asset Management, LLC shall have a written contract for its management services, describing responsibilities, duties and costs. Outlining the salient terms of that agreement are:
1) Fixed Monthly management Fee.
2) Fixed Costs for supervising major repairs/maintenance.
3) Professional Management.
4) Scheduling owners/maintenance/repairs
5) Managing contractors performing work on yacht.
6) Managing Administration, Accounting, Insurance
Mr. Warren, 61 years old, lives in Phoenix and is a native of Arizona, graduating from Camelback High School and Arizona State University. He served in the U.S. Army
from 1967 to 1969. After many years in the banking industry, he became an active real estate developer, designing and constructing
over 40 projects throughout much of Arizona.
