"An owner knows that the costs for this Yacht are fixed and minimal for this type of luxury.  All of the hassles of Yacht ownership and maintenance are professionally managed. You really only have to think about how you will be using and enjoying your Yacht."

The concept of this partnership is to own and use a beautiful Yacht in a way that minimizes costs and eliminates the hassles of boat ownership. An owner pays only for what he or she uses. In addition to professional management, this yacht shall have a full time captain, responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the yacht.

Each owner or member shall own, through Yacht Partnership Mexico, LLC, 10 per cent of the LLC which owns the Yacht. Each member shall have a vote and say in how the yacht is maintained, managed and utilized. A 10 per cent share may be owned by two people. A 10 per cent share may be owned by a corporation. The LLC shall have an operating agreement approved by an Arizona attorney. Such agreement shall describe how the LLC operates, with each owner being a member, stating his ownership percentage and voting rights.

Each member shall have use of the yacht 10 per cent of the scheduled times and pay for only 10 per cent of the costs ownership. Utilizing the LLC web site with it’s capability of interaction and communication with other owners plus the convenience of email, each owner shall be fully informed of the schedule, owner’s comments, current and projected financial costs and all pertinent information regarding the Yacht.

At the end of the fifth year the Yacht shall be placed on the market for sale. Upon closing of the sale each 10 per cent owner shall receive 10 per cent of the net revenue from the sale.

There is no projection of how much the yacht may sell for. The owners who may want to continue owning the boat may do so by extending and modifying the LLC operating agreement and securing funds to purchase those members who want to sell.
