All payments are made directly into the LLC operating bank account with each owner having full access to viewing the account.
In the event a major repair is required, each 10 % owner shall only contribute their 10 % share. In the event an owner through his own negligence
damages the yacht, the costs of such negligence shall be born by the responsible owner.
