A week is defined as starting on Thursday 8:00 AM and lasting through Tuesday 4:00 PM. This is a time proven schedule that allows each owner the flexibility to truly maximize “long weekends.” Also, this allocates one day per week for Yacht cleaning, refueling and routine maintenance. Each owner’s schedule includes 5 weeks per year. Two weeks per year shall be reserved for scheduled yacht maintenance and repairs.

The yacht shall be scheduled for six years, with each 10 per cent owner having equal use of the yacht, one week, approximately every ten weeks. This way you can plan out vacations, fishing trips, adventures to San Carlos and maximize the use of your yacht. Naturally, you can arrange to trade with other owners and further maximize your use.

As an owner, you will have access through the web site to view the schedule, trade times with other owners, review current financials. Utilizing a portal to a “forum” an owner can inform and be kept informed about ownership issues. The yacht shall not be chartered. However, an owner may allow friends, relatives or business associates use of the yacht on his or her scheduled week. An owner may chose not to use his or her  scheduled week and make it available to other owners at a cost determined between the owners.
